HOW TO BOOK
When deciding to book please contact us so that we can send a booking form. You would need to reserve your dates and make sure we have your contact details. We would keep these dates reserved until we receive the deposit.
The deposit is 25% of the total rental or £100min.We would always contact you before reletting the property in the case of a long delay in receiving deposit.

The £1 euro? Brittany is still very affordable!

Even if the £ falls to 1 euro the cost of living is still very similar to the Uk and often below!
Near to all our houses are Bar Restaurants which charge 10/11 euros for 4/5 course lunches including wine! La Sterne on the port at Pontrieux charges 14 euros for a 3 course lunch or evening meal with wine!Eat lunch in the 15c walls of La Roche Jagu chateau for 13euros for 3 courses.
Shopping bills can still be cheaper or similar!
Pork meat and beef costs from 5/6 euros per kilo and wine - AOC quality wines eg Tricastin red wine 12%,from only 1.50 euro. 11.5% sparkling wines sweet or dry 1 euro!
